NOTE: One registration form may be used for all quilt entries; limit six per exhibitor. You also need to print, fill out and attach an exhibit tag to each quilt or wall hanging you will be entering.

In order to qualify for the judging competition, the quilt exhibitor must have had some part in the making of the quilt. Purchased quilts, inherited quilts and gift quilts may be entered for exhibit only but will not be judged. “For Exhibit Only” and judged quilts will be hung together by category and the same entry guidelines will apply.

Using a straight pin, attached the form to the front left edge, halfway up your quilt with “information for judges” facing up. For wall hangings, pin the form at the bottom left of the quilt.
