Location: The research library is
located at the Muncy Historical Society and Museum, 40 N. Main Street,
Muncy, PA.
Regular Hours:

are subject to change – check hours by calling (570) 546-5917. Leave
a message to make an appointment.
Hours: Like the museum,
the library is staffed by volunteers and our goal is to accommodate
out-of-town visitors whenever possible.
Fees: Use of the library
is free for members and students; non-members pay $3 per day.
Mail Search
For a $15 donation, library volunteers
will search in-house materials and make limited copies of their finding.
Research fees apply whether or not any relevant information is found.
(Since we are an all-volunteer staff, volunteers cannot spend more
than two hours on any given research request.)
Our volunteers do not trace the history
of properties, do not compile family genealogies, nor do they perform
courthouse research.
The $15 fee is payable in advance and
is not refundable. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped 9 x 12 envelope
with your research fee and mail to the Muncy Historical Society, P.O.
Box 11, Muncy, PA 17756. Allow 4-6 weeks for a reply.
