Society Slates Annual Meeting, America250 Program

The annual meeting of the Muncy Historical Society will be held at its 40 N. Main Street location on Sunday, April 12, at 2 p.m. Bill Poulton will open the annual meeting, and he will summarize a look back at 2025, followed by his introduction of our 2026 events calendar and initiatives.

Immediately following, Bill and Linda Poulton will present “Dear Home,” alternately recapping what was happening during the Civil War with comments from John Rissel’s letters written while a member of Company F, 84^th Regiment.
